2. Accumulating Points: Points accumulate in the customer’s account and can be viewed in their profile or account dashboard.
3. Redeeming Points: Customers can redeem their points during checkout. Points are typically converted into a discount or monetary value, reducing the total amount of the purchase.
4. Points Value: The value of each point and the conversion rate into currency are set by the store and can vary.
5. Point Expiry: Points may have an expiration date, meaning they need to be used within a certain period or they will expire.
6. Managing Points: Customers can check their current points balance, and viewpoints history, and see how many points are needed for specific rewards or discounts.

You earn Cashback points automatically by making purchases on our website. Points are stored in your account, and you can check your balance by visiting your profile page.

For every dollar or euro spent, you receive 1 Cashback point. Additionally, you are awarded 500 Cashback points for placing your first free order and participating in special events announced in our weekly newsletters.

As long as you're logged into your account at checkout, you can choose how many Cashback Points to use. You can apply as many points as you like to cover up to 100% of your order's total.

The conversion rate: 100 Cashback Points equal 1 dollar or euro when redeemed at checkout.
