Here’s why we need your information:

To complete your order, we require access to your game profile through our secure system. This means we’ll temporarily load your save file using your linked account (Facebook, Google Play Games, or Game Center, depending on the game). This access allows us to apply your boosts or purchases safely and ensure proper synchronization with the game’s servers and stores.

If your game profile isn’t currently linked to an account (e.g., Facebook), simply connect it to your preferred account and share the corresponding details with us. The same applies for Google Play Games or Game Center—just link your profile to the account you wish to use and provide us with that information.

Is your game profile linked to a personal account?

While we never access or view your personal information, we use your Facebook, Google Play Games, or Game Center account only to load your game profile on our system through the in-game “Load Save Profile” option.

If you prefer not to share your personal account details, no worries — we can assist you in creating a temporary Google Play Games, Game Center (iOS), or Facebook account to link with your current game profile. Once linked, you can share these new login details with us safely.

If you’re uncomfortable sharing your personal information:

For Google Play Games Accounts:

• Create a New Google Account: Go to Create an Account ➤ and set up a new Google account.
• Sign In on Your Device: Settings > Accounts > Add Account > Google, then sign in with the new account.
• Set Up Google Play Games: Download & open Google Play Games, select the new account, and create a profile.
• Link Your Game Profile: Open the game and select your new Google Play Games account if prompted. In-game settings: link to the new Google account (unlink the old account first if needed). If unlinking isn’t possible in-game, exit the game, switch accounts in Google Play Games settings, reopen the game, and confirm progress is linked.
• Done: Your game profile is now linked. You can share this account through our platform.

Note: This is a one-time setup. Use the new account for all future services.

For iOS Platforms (Game Center/Apple ID):

• Create a New Apple ID: Go to Create an Account ➤ and set up a new Apple ID/Game Center account.
• Sign In on Your Device: Settings > Game Center > Sign Out, then sign in with the new Apple ID.
• Link New Account to Game: Launch the game and confirm your profile is linked to the new Game Center account.
• Done: Your game profile is now linked. You can share this account through our platform.

Note: This is a one-time setup. Use the new Apple ID for all future services or games on our platform.
